Roy at club canary went above and beyond to cater to my request. He altered the itinerary for the hike I booked with him and also helped edit a bespoke road trip for me and my friends to go to Santa Cruz whilst also suggesting a banana plantation to visit through his website (which is fell constructed in lots of helpful detail). He is keeping in touch with me regarding weather conditions for water sports. We experienced 2 splendid activities, first my family booked a trip to Mount Teide and then we hired a boat for 3 hours through Club Canary. Especially the boating was great fun thanks to the awesome staff and the fact that we were able to watch a lot of whales. In addition, the tour agency Club Canary clearly communicated with us and planned the tours beautifully based on the weather conditions. This company provides excellent customer service and has a wide range of things to do in Tenerife, definitely recommended.

Ik heb Roy leren kennen in het kantoor van Club Canary in het winkelcentrum Plaza del Duque in Costa Adeje. Eerst spraken we over een tour in Tenerife om walvissen en dolfijnen te spotten. Daarna heb ik deze excursie geboekt en de bemanning van de jacht, die overigens uiterst vriendelijk waren, kwam mij ophalen in Los Cristianos. We reden vervolgens naar Puerto Colon en vertrokken van daar uit op een geweldige walvissen spotten boottocht! De excursie was geweldig, en daarna vond ik samen met Club Canary de mogelijkheid om mijn kinderdroom uit te laten komen en dat is vliegen! Hoewel ik door een aangeboren spieraandoening moeilijk te been ben, is het me gelukt om over het zuiden van Tenerife te paragliden. Deze paragliding ervaring was heel bijzonder, en ik ben erg blij met de geweldige service die ik heb gekregen!
