- Departure Details: The Freebird Gold sets sail from Puerto Colon, Costa Adeje, at gate 15. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your departure time. For added convenience, a pick-up service from various locations in South Tenerife, from Las Galletas (38631) to Playa Paraíso (38678), is available and can be arranged post-booking.
- What to Bring: Ensure one member of your group has an identity card. We also recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunglasses, a camera, and sunscreen for your comfort and enjoyment.
- Charter Inclusions: Your charter includes a skilled crew, a selection of drinks, food, a music system, and an optional pick-up service to make your experience seamless and enjoyable.

Freebird Gold Policy
- Weather Policy: This excursion is weather-dependent. In the event of adverse conditions leading to cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
- Weather Interruptions: If the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, you will be entitled to a full refund or you may reschedule at no extra cost.
- Early Termination: No refunds are provided if you choose to end the trip early due to illness or other reasons.
- Tardiness: If you are late, the missed time will be deducted from your trip duration. Conversely, any delay caused by us will extend your trip accordingly.
- Special Requests: For special dietary needs or to arrange a unique event on the Freebird Gold, please contact us in advance.
- Policy Applicability: These terms apply exclusively to customers who book through Club Canary.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- 25+ Days Notice: Cancel or reschedule your Freebird Gold catamaran trip at no cost up to 25 days in advance by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- 24 to 12 Days Notice: Receive a 50% refund for cancellations.
- Less than 12 Days Notice: No refund will be given.
- Less than 4 Days Notice: An additional penalty of 150€ per charter hour will be charged.
