Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your photo shoot date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your booked experience upon check-in. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

The number of photos you receive depends on the photo shoot package. For the Express and Water Photo Shoots, you’ll receive 12 photos. The Extended and All Terrain sessions deliver 20 photos.

- You will receive a selection of the best photos within 3 days.
- All photos will be delivered to you within a maximum of 10 days after the shoot.
- The photos will be sent to you via Google Drive link to maintain the best quality.
- All photos you receive are digital. You can print and frame them yourself if you wish.
- For clothing, we recommend coordinating with other participants. White is a popular choice for photo sessions.
- If you are unsure of an outfit, bring several options and change during the session.
- Remember to bring your Club Canary ticket, printed or on your phone, for the photo session.
- In case of inclement weather, the photographer will contact you. You may choose between a full refund or a new appointment.
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in loss of payment and a 50€ penalty.
