Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your Teide buggy/quad tour date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your Teide buggy/quad your experience upon check-in. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Buggies and Quads to Teide
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Bring your driver’s license. You must be at least 25 years old and 2 years of driving license.
- Make sure you carry some cash or your credit card, as the quad biking requires final payment before it begins.
- From 7 years of age and older, you may ride as a passenger on the back of the quad.
- A maximum of 2 quads and 1 buggy are available.
- Maximum weight per quad is 160 kg.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that may get dirty (no flip-flops).
- Photos are taken but not included in the price.
- Bring extra clothing if necessary, the temperature may fall as we ride higher into the mountains.
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
- The quads are insured, and you don’t need to pay any security deposit.

Buggy and Quad Excursions in Tenerife
- Drivers must be over 25 years and 2 years of driving license experience.
- Quad biking and buggy requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Maximum weight per quad is 160kg. If you exceed a combined weight of over 160kg, you must book 2 single quads. In case you find out at your destination, you have to find a solution with the quad company. In the worst case the quad company has 1 quad available and the other person has to ride in the jeep with the guide. No refunds will be made.
- Customers who arrive drunk or behave very badly, are turned away and do not receive a refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 48 hours in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or are not in time on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
