Tenerife Paratrike Cancellations and Refunds:
Free Cancellation Period:
You can cancel or reschedule for free if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight. Please email us at office@clubcanary.com.
Late Cancellation Fees:
12-24 Hours Before Flight: If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before your flight, there is a fee of 35€ per person. This fee is implemented because cancelling at this stage means that we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in a loss for the company.
Less Than 12 Hours Before Flight or No Show: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your flight or do not show up at all, there is a fee of 50€ per person. The deposit you’ve paid does not cover the loss that the company incurs, and this fee helps mitigate that loss.
Why the Fees?
Deposit System: Club Canary allows customers to reserve their spot with just a deposit, making it easier and more accessible for you to book your adventure. These conditions, including the late cancellation fees, are in place to protect the company from losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Non-refundable for Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within the final 48 hours before your flight, there will be no refund provided, regardless of the circumstances. This policy is in place because it is unlikely that we can fill your spot on such short notice, resulting in a loss of income for the company.
Important Advisory:
We advise customers not to book paratriking on the last day of their vacation, as weather conditions may necessitate cancellations or rescheduling. In the event that your flight is canceled, you can reschedule for another day. If rescheduling is not an option, you will receive a gift card (not usable for theme park tickets) for the amount you paid with Club Canary, which is valid for 2 years. If neither of these options works for you, you can receive 50% of your paid deposit back. We make it easy for you to book for a low price, and this is the best offer we can provide, as most companies require full payment in advance.
