• Los Gigantes & Puerto Santiago Area: Time: 11:00-11:20.
• Costa Adeje & Playa Paraiso Area: Time: 11:50-12:30.
• Las Americas & Los Cristianos Area: Time: 12:15-12:30.
• Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas & Palm Mar Area: Time: 12:40-12:50.
• San Miguel & El Médano Area: Time: 13:00-13:10.
• Candelaria & Las Caletillas Area: Time: 13:45.
• Puerto de la Cruz Area: Time: 12:00-13:10.

Important Information:

• Your exact pick-up time and the nearest meeting point will be mentioned on the ticket you receive post-ordering.
• Please ensure you provide details of your hotel or one close to your accommodation during the booking.
• Departure from Santa Cruz, back to the south, is expected around 19:30-20:00. The exact time will be announced on the bus.
• Note: Precise pick-up times will be communicated to you approximately 3 weeks before the event date.

Coso Apoteosis Tenerife Experience Information

• Ticket: Have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed.
• At The Carnival: Food trucks are available. Wearing a carnival costume is fun but optional. Don’t have one? There are shops and games where you can win carnival-themed prizes.
• Pick-Up Details: Provide the correct hotel or a nearby one when booking. Post-booking, you’ll get a ticket with the precise pick-up location and time.
• Seating & Drop-Off: Front seats are reserved for those with mobility issues. Our bus has a special license, allowing us to drop guests off close to the carnival site. However, you’ll still need to walk a short distance to reach the actual event.
• Pack Smart: Bring sunscreen, a camera, and some cash. Beware of pickpockets during the carnival.
• Timings: Be at the pick-up spot 15 minutes early.

Bus Amenities:

• No restroom on board.
• No wheelchair access.
• No smoking allowed, and there aren’t any smoke breaks.
• No food or drinks provided, and none available for purchase.
• Eating before is a good idea, but remember: no alcohol on the bus. You can, however, pack snacks.

Final Tip: Booking with us avoids the transport hassle. Public transport to the carnival? Chaotic. Driving yourself? Parking’s a nightmare.

Coso Santa Cruz de Tenerife 2025 Policy

To guarantee an outstanding Tenerife carnival experience, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our policies:

• Event Cancellation: In the rare instance that the carnival is canceled due to government mandates for safety or health (reflecting concerns from past COVID situations), you will be refunded 80% of your payment. The retained 20% covers service and transaction fees.
• Premature Event Termination: Should a guest decide to depart early, miss, or forgot the return transfer, we regret that no refunds will be available.
• Payment Procedures: We offer diverse payment methods. Groups of 15 or more guests have the choice to pay in full upfront or place a deposit. Kindly request an invoice in advance if needed.
• Guest Conduct: While reveling in the carnival’s spirit, we expect courteous behavior on the bus and towards fellow passengers. Though some guests might be spirited, disruptive behavior can lead to expulsion from the bus. A guide, in addition to the driver, will monitor conduct.
• On-Board Restrictions: Consuming alcohol or illegal substances on the bus is strictly forbidden and can result in removal. This is a transport service to the carnival, not a party bus.
• Seating Reservations: We offer the exclusive option to book tickets with seating, but they’re in high demand. Kindly note that seat upgrades on the day are not feasible. Once sold out, no additional seats will be available.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 20 days in advance: 100% refund.
• 12-20 days prior: 80% refund.
• 5-12 days prior: 60% refund.
• 1-5 days prior: 40% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows: No refunds. (Due to carnival’s popularity, it’s typically fully booked 15 days ahead.)
