El Teide is the famous volcano of Tenerife. The national park receives around 3 million visits per year and is therefore the most popular national park in Europe.
The volcano itself is active and has a height of 3715 meters making it the highest point in all of Spain. The landscape of the national park is very impressive and even looks a bit out of this world.
Because of this and many more great historical facts, El Teide is undoubtedly Tenerife’s top must-see destination.
