Private Yacht Dining Experience Policy

Weather and Cancellation:

• This exclusive dining experience is dependent on favorable weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. The captain is solely responsible for making this assessment.
• Free cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 6 days in advance. Please email your requests to office@clubcanary.com. Cancellations made less than 6 days prior will result in a 60% charge of the total paid amount.
• If you cancel between 24 to 72 hours before departure, 80% of the payment will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or early termination of the trip due to illness or personal choice will result in the loss of the full payment. Situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team is committed to finding the best possible solution.

Special Arrangements and Risks:

• For specific dining preferences or extended charter requests, please contact us directly.
• Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the yacht and onboard water toys, agreeing not to hold the owner, charterer, captain, or crew liable for any incidents.

Arrival and Departure:

• Guests are required to arrive at Gate number 0 in Puerto Colon by 16:45, 15 minutes before departure.

• Following your booking, Club Canary will send a detailed questionnaire to gather information about allergies, special dietary requests, and other preferences, which will be communicated to the yacht’s crew.

Booking and Availability:

• This yacht (Superphantom 80 model) is available annually from November to April. It features a large kitchen capable of accommodating a private chef onboard.
• Should you wish to book outside these months, we can arrange your private boat dinner experience on either a catamaran or another motor yacht where meals would be prepared in advance.
• In rare cases where the chef is unavailable despite the booking calendar showing availability, Club Canary will endeavor to find suitable alternatives or provide a full refund to ensure customer satisfaction. Early bookings are recommended to allow ample preparation time.
