Tenerife Whale Watching Tours Mustcat Catamaran Information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
- Make sure you do not go on board with an empty stomach. Make sure you have not drunk any alcohol before boarding in order to minimise the chance of becoming seasick.
- It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
- On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- There is a toilet and a room to change your clothes.
- You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port.
Mustcat in Puerto Colón

- You can find the access to Mustact in swamp number 9.
- You should attend at least 10 minutes before departure time.
- At the front of the gate is staff from Mustcat. They will check your ticket possibly take payment and then take you to the catamaran.
- There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.

Mustcat Whale Watching Tenerife Policy
- Trips are subject to safe weather conditions. In case of hazardous weather, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund.
- No refunds are issued for late arrivals or no-shows on the day of the tour.
- While we typically encounter whales or dolphins on our tours, these are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed. No refunds are provided if no animals are seen.
- Please note, seasickness is a personal condition and refunds are not provided if you experience it during the trip.
- Any complaints or feedback should be discussed with the Mustcat staff on the day of the tour. The Club Canary team isn’t present during the boat trip and cannot judge certain situations, therefore we can’t make any refunds unauthorized from Mustcat.
- Safety First: All passengers are required to attend a brief safety demonstration prior to departure. We ensure that our catamaran is equipped with the necessary safety equipment, including life jackets and emergency rafts.
- All bookings and cancellations are subject to confirmation from our reservations department. For cancellations submitted more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, no fees will be levied. However, if a booking is made and the client doesn’t show up for the excursion or the specified pick-up location at the given date and time without prior cancellation, charges for the reserved spot will apply.
- Mustcat Catamaran does not assume responsibility for any damage to or loss of personal items while on board. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings secure and be cautious.
- Passengers booking through Club Canary are entitled to exclusive benefits, including a complimentary pick-up service. Kindly provide accurate pickup details during booking.
- Mustcat Catamaran holds the right to alter or cancel excursions without prior notice, especially in the face of unfavorable weather conditions. In such instances, passengers can arrange for a hassle-free cancellation.
- On operational grounds, the company may transfer clients to another boat. This will always be with a boat that maintains the same sales conditions.
