North Tenerife Bus Tour

• Ticket Essentials: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket, either digitally on your phone or a printed copy.
• Toilet Facilities: The bus doesn’t have a toilet on board.
• Accessibility: The bus isn’t wheelchair accessible.
• Smoke Break: You can take a smoking break during our first stop in Santa Cruz.
• Lunch Arrangements: There’s a lunch break during the excursion. Lunch isn’t included in the tour price. You can pack your own or opt for a delightful local restaurant.
• Tour Duration: The excursion lasts approximately 8 hours.
• Weather Considerations: Bring warm clothing, as the northern part of Tenerife can sometimes be a tad cooler.
• Pick-Up Information: Provide your accurate hotel details or one nearby. Post-booking, you’ll get a ticket specifying the exact pick-up location and time.
• Identifying the Bus: The bus is labeled “Transalex” on its sides. A window sign will display “Santa Cruz – La Laguna- Taganana” or something similar.
• Special Accommodations: If you face walking or hearing challenges, inform us during the booking. We’ll ensure you get a preferable seating on the bus.
• Stay Hydrated: It’s advisable to bring a bottle of water with you to stay refreshed throughout the journey.

• Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas & Palm Mar: 8:40 – 8:50
• Las Americas & Los Cristianos: 8:20 – 8:35
• Costa Adeje & Playa Paraiso: 7:40 – 8:10
• Los Gigantes, Alcalá & Callao Salvaje: 7:05 – 7:20
• Puerto de la Cruz: 8:50 – 9:20

North Bus Tour Policy

1. Cancellation Rules:
   – Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
   – Groups of 5-7? Cancel up to 48 hours before.
   – Groups of 8-14? Cancel up to 4 days before.
   – 15 or more in your group? Cancel up to 6 days before.

2. What’s Included:
   – We offer a pick-up service from your hotel.
   – Enjoy a guided tour aboard our bus.
   – Note: Lunch and drinks are *not* included.
3. Food and Drinks:
   – You may buy food and drinks during the tour or bring your own.
   – If bringing snacks, please ensure they don’t have a strong smell or risk making a mess in the bus. The guide may ask you to wait for breaks/stops before consuming them.
4. Dress for the Weather:
   – Tenerife’s mountains or certain areas can be chillier than you might expect.
   – Always bring extra layers to keep warm. It’s on you to dress appropriately.
5. Listen to Your Guide:
   – Your guide will inform you about return times after each stop.
   – If you’re late and the group can’t find you, the bus will have to move on.
   – If you miss the bus due to being late, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
6. If You Miss the Tour:
   – Didn’t show up or canceled late? We can’t guarantee a refund.
7. About Pick-ups:
   – Our buses have trackers to verify their location. Claims about missed pick-ups won’t be entertained unless we confirm the bus wasn’t at the scheduled location.
   – If you think the bus hasn’t arrived, immediately call the number on your ticket.
8. Responsibility:
   – We’ll ensure your booking is in order.
   – For any on-tour issues or disagreements, please address them with the guide on the spot.
   – Refunds due to tour concerns? That’s up to the bus company to decide.
