This is the amount you pay to reserve your La Palma day trip. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your booked experience upon check-in. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

For the La Palma tour, we do not pick up people in Puerto de la Cruz and Los Gigantes area. If you would like to do the trip, you must come to the port of Los Cristianos at 07:40. The guide will meet you in front of the Fred Olson desk.

- Travel Documentation: Remember to bring your passport or identity card. This is essential for boarding the ferry to La Palma.

- Pick-up Information: During the booking process, please provide your hotel address accurately. If staying at a private residence, give the address of the nearest hotel. After booking, you’ll receive a ticket detailing the exact pick-up location and time.
- Bus Transfer: Spotting your bus is easy. Look for “Transalex” written on the sides and a sign on the window that reads ‘’La Palma tour’’ or something similar.
- Special Accommodations: For guests with mobility or hearing difficulties, let us know in the order form. We can arrange a preferable seat on the bus to enhance your comfort.

La Palma Tour
- Passport/ID Requirement: It’s mandatory to have your passport or ID for ferry boarding to La Palma. Island transfers involve inspections, and missing documentation leading to missed trips will not be subject for refund.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. For groups over 4 people, it’s 72 hours, 4 days for groups of 8 or more, and up to 7 days for groups exceeding 15 people. To cancel or reschedule, email office@clubcanary.com.
- No-show & Late Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel within the designated time or fail to show up for your tour, Club Canary isn’t obliged to offer a refund. Since we only require a deposit to confirm your booking, this amount unfortunately does not cover losses in case of no-shows or late cancellations. As a result, an additional charge of 30€ per person who did not show up will be required.
- Pricing & Inclusions: The La Palma tour costs 135€ per person. This includes a roundtrip ferry ride, a comfortable bus ride, a driver, a guide, and lunch. Considering a round trip ferry ticket alone would cost a non-resident at least 115€, this offers a great value for your money. Please note, our tour aims to deliver a memorable experience rather than luxury, thus complaints regarding the extent of luxury during the trip or lunch cannot be entertained.
- Pick-up Arrangements: Our buses have trackers to verify their presence at the pick-up location on time. Claims of “the bus didn’t show up, I want my money back” are invalid unless the bus wasn’t at the location as tracked. Contact the number on your purchase note immediately if you suspect any issues.
- Liability: Club Canary is responsible for issuing your ticket and ensuring the correct booking process. We aren’t liable for accidents, disagreements, or issues that occur during the tour. Refund requests based on tour incidents should be discussed with the guide on the same day and can only be processed with the bus company’s permission.
