Essential Information for Your Tenerife Wine Tasting Excursion

• Club Canary Ticket: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket—either digitally on your phone or a printed version.
• Payment: Bring cash for final payment required at the start of the tour.
• Bus Amenities: Please note, our bus lacks toilet facilities and isn’t wheelchair-accessible.
• Smoke Breaks: Smoking is permitted only during scheduled stops.
• Lunch: A lunch break is provided, and it’s included in the tour price.
• Duration: The wine tasting experience lasts approximately 7 hours.
• Pick-Up Details: Specify your hotel or a nearby one when booking. Post-booking, you’ll receive a ticket detailing the exact pick-up location and time.
• Bus Identification: Look for “Transalex” on the bus sides and a window sign indicating ‘’Wine tasting tour’’ or a similar phrase.
• Special Requirements: If you have walking or hearing challenges, inform us during booking so we can accommodate you with a suitable seat on the bus.

Tenerife wine tasting excursion has similar pick-up locations as the North Tenerife bus tour.

Tenerife Wine Tasting

1. Deposit and Payment:
   – Clients pay a deposit to reserve their spot on the wine tasting tour.
   – The remaining payment is to be made upon arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   – If you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip, you are required to pay 75% of the amount due upon arrival. This fee covers damages as the deposit alone is not sufficient.
   – For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the tour, or in case of a no-show, you are obligated to pay 100% of the amount due upon arrival. This charge accounts for the preparations already made for you, potential delays, and additional administrative expenses.
3. Tour Conduct:
   – This wine tasting tour is an educational journey to understand why the wines of the Canary Islands are unique. It is not a party bus. While we encourage guests to enjoy the experience, we remind everyone to drink responsibly and to respect the nature of the event.
4. Liability:
   – In instances where clients do not adhere to the rules and guidelines of the tour, only the deposit will be forfeited.
