- If there is bad weather or maintenance, your trip will be rescheduled for free or refunded. This decision is made by the submarine company.
- Submarine Safari Certificate: Everyone booking with Club Canary is entitled to receive the exclusive Submarine Safari Certificate. However, if for any reason it is not handed to you on the day, it is your responsibility to ask the Submarine Safari crew directly before leaving. Please note, Club Canary cannot send certificates afterwards or by email. In rare situations, such as the captain being unavailable to sign, certificates may not be issued. These circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund. Any issues regarding certificates or related matters should be addressed directly with the Submarine Safari team in Lanzarote, as they are best placed to assist you on the spot.
