You can drive yourself to Puerto de Mogán, or request hotel pick-up + drop-off in South Gran Canaria (must be arranged in advance). If you self-arrive but want drop-off later, just write it in your order note.

• With Club Canary, you only pay a deposit to secure your Gran Canaria yacht charter date.
• The remaining balance is paid before departure, usually at the marina.
• Your deposit counts toward the total price, but it does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.

Anulowanie i zmiana harmonogramu

• Free cancellation up to 8 days before departure (contact us via office@clubcanary.com).
• If you cancel between 5–8 days before the trip, you receive 40% of your deposit back.
• If you cancel between 48–24 hours before departure, a fee of 50€ per hour booked applies.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, a fee of 100€ per hour booked applies.

Responsibility & Onboard Rules

• This is a premium experience, so we ask guests to respect the yacht, the crew, and safety instructions at all times.
• The captain and crew have the final decision on timing, route, and safety-related changes.
• If guests behave in a risky or disrespectful way, the service may be stopped without refund.
