🕒 Plán a místo setkání:
• Duration: 3 hours whale watching tour.
• Daily departures from Puerto Colón, gate 0, Costa Adeje.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at the assigned gate.

🚗 Přeprava a možnosti:
Guests arrive independently at Puerto Colón. Parking is available at the harbor (approx. 1.20€ za hodinu). We recommend eating lightly before boarding and avoiding alcohol beforehand to reduce seasickness.

The Opera 60 Tenerife operates as a small-group whale watching tour with a maximum of 12 guests, ensuring personal attention and a relaxed atmosphere. Private charters are available on request.

The crew speaks English and Spanish. On mixed tours, explanations are naturally given in both languages.

Deposit a platba

• With Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to secure your Opera 60 whale watching tour.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip, directly before boarding.

Storno podmínky

• Small groups (up to 6 people): Bezplatné zrušení nebo změna termínu až do výše 48 hodin před odjezdem.
• If cancelled between 24-48 hodin before departure, the deposit is forfeited.
• Groups over 6 people: Bezplatné zrušení až do 96 hours před odjezdem.
• If cancelled between 24–96 hours, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.
• Pozdní zrušení: Between 8–24 hours before departure: 15€ per adult a 10€ per child.
• No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations under 8 hours: 25€ per adult a 15€ per child.

• The Opera 60 is a shared whale watching tour, not a private trip.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the crew, other passengers, and marine life.
• Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding without refund.
• Seasickness does not qualify for refunds or route changes.
• If something feels wrong during the tour, please inform the Opera 60 crew immediately so it can be addressed on the spot.

• In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the trip may be cancelled.
• If this happens, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Wildlife sightings are very common but can never be guaranteed, as this is a natural environment.
