Thank you for booking your Teide Quad Safari with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair, for you and for the local team that blocks the quads for your group.
Deposit a platba
- You pay a small deposit online to confirm your booking, and the deposit is part of your total price.
- The rest is paid on the day, in cash or by card. There are no hidden fees.
- Full payment in advance is possible on request, with a 5% charge for the extra transaction and administration costs.

- Up to 3 quads: cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before departure.
- Groups of 4 or more quads: free up to 4 days before departure.

- Between 12 and 24 hours before departure: 30% cancellation cost applies. For groups it is 60%.
- Less than 12 hours before departure: 60% cancellation cost applies.

- A no-show or a late arrival means no refund.

- The operator calendars are not synchronized in real time. If your requested tour cannot be confirmed, the booking is not accepted and nothing is charged.

- The team only rides in safe conditions. If they cancel for weather or safety, you pick a new date or get a full refund.
- Weather discomfort like heat, cold or dust is not refundable when the tour runs safely.

- No valid licence means no ride and no refund.
- Safety decisions made by the team on the day are final.
Asistence
- The Club Canary team is not at the base, so raise anything on the day with the crew.
