Photo Editing And Delivery

• 40 photos are delivered within 7 days, 100 photos within 10 days depending on your chosen package.
• Photos are provided in a private online gallery with a link and password.
• The images are edited for quality, but you can print and frame them yourself. Printing is not included.

• We recommend coordinating outfits with your group.
• White and pastel tones work very well for a sunset photoshoot in Gran Canaria, especially at the Maspalomas dunes photoshoot.
• You can bring an extra outfit, especially if you booked the Exclusive Memories Package, which includes an outfit change.

• Extra clothing or accessories for different looks.

• Snacks and drinks, especially if you are booking with kids or for a family photoshoot in Gran Canaria.

Meeting Point And Locations

• Meeting point is Café Mozart II in Maspalomas, right next to the dunes.
• Standard location is Maspalomas dunes (authorized access area) and Playa del Inglés photoshoot spot.
• Additional locations like Puerto de Mogán can be arranged for an extra 30€.

Payment Information

• You pay a deposit online when booking, the rest is due on the day of the shoot.
• The photographer prefers the balance to be paid in cash on arrival.
• Prices are valid for up to 4 people. Extra people are +15€ each (up to 15 people).

Extra People Policy

• If you book for extra people and later some cannot attend, you can let us know at least 24 hours before the photoshoot. In this case, you will not be charged for them, and we can refund the deposit portion.
• If you let us know less than 24 hours before, the 5€ deposit per person is non-refundable, but you will not need to pay the 10€ on arrival.

Weather Contingency

• In case of bad weather such as heavy rain or official weather alerts, the photographer will contact you and decide if the photoshoot needs to be rescheduled.
• Please note that only the photographer can make this decision, not the client.
• Unique weather conditions such as wind, dramatic skies, or clouds can often make your Gran Canaria photoshoot even more beautiful and atmospheric.
• We work with a professional local photographer who knows the island and how to make the best out of each situation to capture unforgettable photos. If the photographer confirms that it is truly unsafe or impossible, you may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund of your deposit.

Afbestillingsregler

• Up to 14 days before: Full refund of your deposit minus a 25€ administrative fee.
• 5 to 14 days before: Full deposit is non-refundable.
• 24 hours to 5 days before: Deposit is non-refundable, plus an additional 25€ fine for lost reservations.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable and a 60€ fine applies.
