Cueva de los Verdes Tour Policy

Please read these terms carefully before joining the Cueva de los Verdes & Jameos del Agua Tour. This tour is also known as the Northern Treasures Express (in Spanish: Tesoros del Norte Express).

1. Cancellation Rules
   Cancelar hasta 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
   • Groups of 5–7: cancel up to 48 hours before.
   • Groups of 8–14: cancel up to 4 days before.
   • Groups of 15 or more: cancel up to 6 days before.

2. Qué incluye
   • Hotel pick-up and drop-off from main tourist areas.
   • Entry tickets to Cueva de los Verdes y Jameos del Agua.
   • Guided bus tour with an official multilingual guide.

3. Comida y bebida
   • You may bring your own snacks or buy something during short stops.
   • Please avoid eating inside the bus unless the guide allows it.
   • Strong-smelling food or messy snacks are not permitted.
4. Dress for the Weather
   Temperatures in northern Lanzarote and inside the caves can be cooler than expected.
   Always bring a light jacket or sweater and wear comfortable shoes.
   Club Canary is not responsible for guests arriving without appropriate clothing.
5. Listen to Your Guide
   Your guide will announce meeting and return times at each stop.
   If you return late and miss the group, the bus will continue its route.
   Missed departures due to lateness are non-refundable.
6. Si se pierde la gira
   No-shows or late cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
7. About Pick-Ups
   Buses are equipped with GPS tracking to verify their location.
   Claims about missed pick-ups are only accepted if confirmed by our transport partner.
   If you believe the bus hasn’t arrived, call the number on your ticket immediately.
8. Responsabilidad
   Club Canary guarantees your booking with the official tour operator.
   Any issues or concerns during the trip should be reported directly to the guide on-site.
   Refunds related to on-tour incidents are evaluated by the operating company.
