Important Information for the Lanzarote Island South Tour

1. Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready—either on your phone or a printed copy.
2. Please note: the bus does not have onboard toilet facilities.
3. Regrettably, our bus is not wheelchair accessible.
4. Enjoy a smoke break during our first stop in El Golfo.
5. We provide a lunch break. Although lunch isn’t included, you have the choice to bring your own or dine at a charming local restaurant.
6. Camel rides are not included in the cost. Payment can be made in cash directly at Timanfaya National Park.
7. The entire Lanzarote island excursion spans approximately 8-9 hours.
8. We recommend packing warm attire as a precaution.
9. If you face mobility or hearing challenges, inform us during booking so we can ensure a comfortable seating arrangement for you.

Lanzarote Island South Tour Policy

1. Cancellation Rules:
   – Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
   – Groups of 5-7? Cancel up to 48 hours before.
   – Groups of 8-14? Cancel up to 4 days before.
   – 15 or more in your group? Cancel up to 6 days before.

2. What’s Included:
   – We offer a pick-up service from our pickup points.
   – Enjoy a guided tour aboard our bus.
   – Note: Lunch and drinks are *not* included.
3. Food and Drinks:
   – You may buy food and drinks during the tour or bring your own.
   – If bringing snacks, please ensure they don’t have a strong smell or risk making a mess in the bus. The guide may ask you to wait for breaks/stops before consuming them.
4. Dress for the Weather:
   – Lanzarote’s volcanoes or certain areas can be chillier than you might expect.
   – Always bring extra layers to keep warm. It’s on you to dress appropriately.
5. Listen to Your Guide:
   – Your guide will inform you about return times after each stop.
   – If you’re late and the group can’t find you, the bus will have to move on.
   – If you miss the bus due to being late, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
6. If You Miss the Tour:
   – Didn’t show up or canceled late? We can’t guarantee a refund.
7. About Pick-ups:
   – Our buses have trackers to verify their location. Claims about missed pick-ups won’t be entertained unless we confirm the bus wasn’t at the scheduled location.
   – If you think the bus hasn’t arrived, immediately call the number on your ticket.
8. Responsibility:
   – We’ll ensure your booking is in order.
   – For any on-tour issues or disagreements, please address them with the guide on the spot.
   – Refunds due to tour concerns? That’s up to the bus company to decide.
