- The balance is paid on the day, usually at Marina Rubicón (Playa Blanca).
- The deposit secures your date and catamaran, but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 4 days before departure (by email).
- 48 to 96 hours before: 40% of the paid deposit is refundable.
- 24 to 48 hours before: no refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: an extra fee of 100€ per booked hour may apply, as the deposit does not cover the full loss of the reserved charter.
- Sick last minute? Contact us right away. We always try to help, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Responsibility & Conduct
- Arrive on time and follow the captain's safety instructions.
- Respect the crew, the boat and others in the marina.
- Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour can end the trip with no refund.
- Ending the trip early by choice, or due to illness, is not refundable.
Weather & Sea Conditions
- This experience depends on safe sea and weather conditions.
- If the trip must be cancelled for safety, the captain decides, not the client.
- If cancelled due to weather, you get an alternative date or a full refund.
- Routes and stops can change with wind, sea and guest safety.
