- Every voucher is name-locked to the recipient, so a stolen or forwarded code is protected by name verification. Any unused balance stays on the code for the full validity and can be split across multiple bookings.

How long is a Club Canary voucher valid?
Every Club Canary gift voucher is valid for two full years from the date of purchase. The recipient has plenty of time to choose and book the perfect activity across the six Canary Islands.

Vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a small balance under 10€ remains unused after two years, our team can refund it to the original buyer on request.
What if the voucher is lost or stolen?
If the voucher is lost or stolen before any use, contact Club Canary with proof of purchase. We deactivate the original code and reissue the unused balance. The name-lock system protects against unauthorized use.
Can a company buy vouchers in bulk?

What is the Canary Club 5000€ voucher?

Voucher Policy
Refunds
Vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased. The recipient has two full years and hundreds of activities to choose from, so waste is rare. If a small balance under 10€ remains unused after two years, our team can refund it to the original buyer on request. For larger unused balances, the buyer or recipient can request a new voucher of the same value or put the balance toward another experience.
Eligibility & Best-Suited Activities
Most Club Canary activities accept vouchers. A few partner activities with strict deposit-only systems may not accept a voucher as full payment, in which case it still works as a partial contribution. Categories that work perfectly for full voucher payment include theme-park tickets (Siam Park, Loro Parque, Aqualand and more), evening and dinner shows, our best-selling experiences across all six islands, pre-paid full-amount experiences, and Canary Club concierge services.
Name Lock, Lost Or Stolen
Vouchers are registered to the recipient's name at purchase, and the same name must be used to book. If a code is lost or stolen before any use, contact us with proof of purchase and we deactivate the code and reissue the unused balance. If it has been partly used, the name-lock is the protection in place.
Cash, Combining & Fraud Protection
- Balances cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank, only used toward Club Canary bookings (the only exception is the under-10€ refund above).
- Multiple vouchers can be combined on one booking when the total covers the amount, and our team handles the combination.
- For large purchases (1,000€ and above), we may verify the buyer's identity and payment method before activating, normally within one working day.
