Nomad Dinner Show Gran Canaria

Nomad is the new dinner show at Sala Scala in Gran Canaria. It is the next chapter after Origen. In one evening you travel across three continents, Europe, Africa and the Americas, with live music, dance, acrobatics and visual effects, plus a 3-course tasting menu that follows the show. It runs around 3 hours and is hosted in English and Spanish. Club Canary books your seats with fast confirmation.

If you want one proper night out in Gran Canaria, it is a strong choice. You get a full theatre production with more than 30 international artists, the largest LED screen in a dinner show, and a tasting menu, all in one ticket. It is a premium evening, so it is not the cheapest option, but you can see where the money goes: the cast, the production and the food. Few venues in the Canary Islands produce a show at this level.

Nomad is the brand new show at Sala Scala and the next chapter after Origen. The old Origen show told a Canarian history and mythology story. Nomad is built around a journey across three continents, Europe, Africa and the Americas, with a new tasting menu to match. The venue, the quality and the format stay the same, the show and the menu are new.

Nomad runs Thursday to Sunday and starts at 20:00. The full experience lasts around 3 hours. We recommend arriving a little early so you can be seated calmly before it begins.

Every ticket on Club Canary includes the Nomad show and a 3-course tasting menu. You choose between Dinner & Show (general seating) or a VIP Table closer to the stage. Drinks are not included, you can order them on the night or add a drinks package. Your booking is paid in full at checkout, so there is no payment for your ticket on the day.

The tasting menu follows the three acts of the show. Starter (Europe): tortello filled with ricotta, sun-dried tomato and basil, with pesto, roasted cherry tomato and a Parmesan cloud. Main (Africa): a spiced Maasai skewer with African-style caramelised onion and couscous with courgette, carrot and pumpkin. Dessert (The Americas): Tropical Universe by Yeray Reyes. A vegan menu and a children's menu are also available, just add it in your booking notes.

Drinks are not included in the ticket. You can order drinks on the night, or add a drinks package: drinks without wine (19€), drinks with wine (26€), or the Nomad cocktail pairing of four cocktails (35€). If you would like a drinks package added, message the Club Canary team and we will help arrange it.

Yes, families are welcome. There is a children's menu, and the child price on the Dinner & Show ticket is 46€. When you book, just choose the option with the number of adults and children in your group, or add a note and the Club Canary team will sort it.

There is no strict dress code, but most guests dress smart-casual or elegant. It is a premium dinner show, so people like to dress up a little for the night.

Sala Scala is in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, close to Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. There is public parking near the venue, a short walk from the entrance. If you need help with directions or transport, message the Club Canary team.
