Gran Canaria Buggy Tour Information

1. Don’t forget your Club Canary ticket. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
2. Remember your driver’s license. You must have held your license for at least 2 years to drive.
3. Bring cash and a credit card. The Buggy safari Gran Canaria requires final payment before the tour starts.
4. Photos will be taken during the experience, but they are not included in the price. You can buy them for 25€.
5. The Gran Canaria buggy safari begins at 10:00 and lasts around 2.5 hours, finishing at 12:30.
6. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get dirty. No flip-flops allowed.
7. Children aged 12 and older can join a Buggy tour Gran Canaria when accompanied by an adult.
8. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

• Driver Eligibility: To drive a Buggy Gran Canaria, you must have a valid car license. This requirement makes our buggy tour accessible to a wide range of thrill-seekers. Please make sure to bring your license on the day of the trip.
• Weather Constraints: Our Dune Buggy Gran Canaria rides depend on suitable weather conditions. If the weather turns hazardous and we must cancel, you’ll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. Your safety always comes first!
• Conduct: We reserve the right to deny service to anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or behaving disruptively. Such guests will be turned away without a refund. We want to ensure that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Trip Complaints: Any issues or complaints about your buggy safari in Gran Canaria must be raised on the same day as your tour. Since Club Canary’s team won’t be present, you should directly contact Buggy Paradise, the tour operator. Note that compensation is handled by Gran Canaria Water Sport, the owning company, and not by Club Canary.
• Off-road: We prioritize your safety, enjoyment, and the environment. Our off-road adventures are thrilling but well-managed, designed to be safe and eco-friendly. Some may find it a wild ride, while others may feel it’s more laid-back. Our goal is to deliver a fun, balanced experience that respects nature. Cancellation Policy

Booking a buggy safari in Gran Canaria with Club Canary is simple and cost-effective. You only need to pay a deposit to secure your spot and enjoy discounted rates. However, please keep in mind that this deposit doesn’t cover all cancellation scenarios. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

• Cancellations 24-48 hours before departure: Refund of 40% of your deposit for up to 3 buggies. For 4-5 buggies, cancellations 48-72 hours in advance qualify for the same refund (if canceled between 24-48 hours, the deposit is lost). For more than 5 buggies, the window extends to 72-96 hours (if canceled between 24-72 hours, the deposit is lost).
• Cancellations 12-24 hours before the trip: Deposit is forfeited, and a fine of 25€ per buggy booked will apply.
• No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before: The deposit is non-refundable, and a fine of 45€ per buggy booked will be charged.
