You confirm your seats with a small online deposit, which counts toward your total. The remaining balance is paid on the day. The deposit does not cover late cancellations, missed pickups or no-shows.
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, with a full refund or a free reschedule.
Late Cancellation
Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 25% of the total is refunded.
Less than 24 hours before departure, or a no-show: no refund, because the seats and catering are already reserved.
Groups Of 6 Or More
For groups of 6 or more, the cancellation time doubles, so please confirm at least 4 days before departure.
