• Travel Essentials: Bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and something light to cover up. You’ll thank yourself later when the Atlantic breeze hits.
• Multilingual Crew: The friendly team speaks several languages and makes sure everyone feels at home on board.
• Preparation & Comfort: Don’t board on an empty stomach — a light snack helps against seasickness. Shaded and sunny areas are available for everyone.
• Safety & Regulations: Children (4–11) enjoy a reduced rate, and babies up to 3 years old travel for free. Toilets are available on board.
• Snorkeling Gear: Goggles and tubes are provided if you want to explore the underwater world a bit.
• Trip Duration: Around 4 hours of pure fun on the water, depending on sea conditions.
• Schedules: Morning 10:00–14:00 | Afternoon 14:30–18:30

🚌 Pick-Up Service & Times

Pick-up service is available in the main southern tourist zones of Gran Canaria. Please include your hotel name (not the address) when booking. Staying in an apartment or Airbnb? Just mention the nearest hotel and we’ll arrange the closest pick-up point for you. Exact pick-up time and location are confirmed after booking, everything will be clear and easy.

Departure is from Puerto Rico Harbour. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time to check in and get ready for your catamaran adventure.

Cancellation Policy – OBY Catamaran

We know plans can change, and we try to keep things fair and simple for everyone. Here’s how it works when booking your Oby Catamaran Gran Canaria trip with Club Canary:

• More than 48 hours before departure: No worries, you get a full refund or free reschedule.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: You’ll get a 25% refund of your total payment.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Unfortunately, no refunds apply once the crew has reserved your seats and catering.

• Group Bookings: For groups of 6 people or more, please note that the cancellation time doubles. We recommend confirming at least 4 days before.
• Weather & Safety: If the captain decides the sea isn’t safe, your trip will be rescheduled or fully refunded, safety always comes first.
• Private Charters: Private hire bookings may have special cancellation terms, clearly stated before payment.
• Missed Pick-Up: The free pick-up is a complimentary service. If you miss your transport, you’ll need to make your own way to Puerto Rico Harbour, no refund for missed pick-ups.
• On-the-Day Help: Any last-minute issues? Talk directly with the Obycat crew at the harbour, they’ll help you out right away.
