- Location: Club Canary office in Plaza del Duque.
- Type: Full Time (30 hours/week).
- Salary: Starting between 1150€ to 1350€ (based on degrees, languages, and experience).
- Working Hours: 6 days a week; 5-hour standard workdays. From 15:30 to 20:30.
- Benefits: Monthly online tips from customers and performance-based bonuses.
Overview: Join the dynamic office team of Club Canary and immerse yourself in a multifaceted role. Not only will you manage the day-to-day operations, but you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in various projects that drive the company forward.
Everyday Tasks:
- Answering phones and emails
- Reviewing and processing customer orders
- Managing the website live chat
- Handling office walk-in sales
Potential Specialized Duties:
- Spearhead specific social media elements: video content, email marketing, ads, or daily content
- Automate live chat functions and streamline customer order processes
- Organize events, and curate luxury vacation programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce or tourism, with a portfolio (Exceptions made for degrees in Digital Media & Marketing or Tourism)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus
- Big picture thinking and strong communication skills
- Creativity, multitasking, and a team-oriented mindset
- Networking abilities, social media proficiency, and a positive attitude
- Handle stress efficiently and be adept at problem-solving
- Extensive knowledge about luxury dining, accommodations, and nightlife in Tenerife
- Given Club Canary’s niche in the luxury industry, a well-groomed appearance and professional attire are mandatory

Club Canary is on a hunt, but only for the perfect fit. We’re launching a major project in 2024. We need someone deeply connected to the Canary Islands. If you’re passionate about powerful marketing and have the skills, we want you. Pay and work type? Let’s discuss. Fluent Spanish is essential. You’ll be the lead, working closely with our Google Ad and Facebook agencies. Plus, coordinate with our in-house content creator and graphic designer. Your role? Check their outputs, communicate regularly, and brainstorm fresh strategies.

- English is Essential: Our primary mode of communication is English. Every candidate should be proficient in it.
- Additional Languages: We serve clients from The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Russia. Proficiency in any of these languages is a definite plus, but not mandatory.
- Spanish: It’s beneficial but not crucial. Team meetings are primarily in English. The only exception might be if all attendees are native Spanish speakers.
