We know, most careers pages would never open like this. But honesty is the whole brand, so here it is: Club Canary almost never hires someone who did not first intern with us. Direct hires are rare, and right now there are no open roles.

Why? Because before we invest in someone long term, we need to know how they work, how they treat clients, how they treat the team, and whether they genuinely fit. Our interns prove all of that in real life, not in an interview. When an intern is great, offering them a job is the easiest decision we make all year.
