Club Canary was founded in Costa Adeje on 16 August 2019. Not a call center, not just an app. A real team in a real office at Plaza del Duque, answering in six languages from 08:00 to 22:00, every single day of the year.
Operations are led by Dora, who holds a Master's in Modern Languages with honours, and Roy is personally involved in every VIP charter. Guests name our people in hundreds of reviews. That only happens when the people are real.

The Club Canary Collection is the first collectible card set of the Canary Islands, launched on 18 July 2026. Bookings can earn cards in different rarities, from digital Standard cards up to free printed Epic and Legendary cards with a hologram finish.
