Who Drives, Who Rides?
Only guests with a valid full car driving licence can drive, no licence means no driving, but riding as a passenger is fine from 5 years old. Thank you for booking your quad tour with Club Canary. A reserved quad cannot be resold last minute, so these terms keep it fair for everyone. Please read them before you book.

You secure your quads with a small online deposit, which counts toward your total. The remaining balance is paid at the departure point before the tour begins. The deposit does not cover late cancellations, no-shows or empty reserved quads.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour.

Less than 72 hours before departure: non-refundable, the deposit is lost.
Less than 24 hours: an additional fee of 15€ per quad applies.
No-show, or cancelling less than 3 hours before departure: a fee of 30€ per quad applies. These conditions cover bookings up to 3 quads, larger bookings can carry proportionally higher penalties because of the reserved group capacity.

A valid full car driving licence is required to drive. Follow the guide's instructions at all times. Dangerous driving, using phones while riding, unsafe selfies or reckless behaviour can mean removal from the tour without refund, and damage from negligent riding can be charged to the rider. Guests arriving intoxicated are refused without refund.
Weight And Capacity
Maximum 2 people and 160 kg combined per quad. If two riders exceed the limit, an extra quad must be booked. If a weight issue appears at the departure point and no extra quad is available, adjustments happen on site without refund.

The tour runs in most weather. If the guide decides conditions are unsafe, you reschedule for free or receive a refund. Skipping the tour for personal weather preference follows the standard cancellation terms.
