Quad Lanzarote Information

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. Bring your driver’s license.
3. A maximum of 2 persons can ride on a quad bike.
4. Make sure you carry some cash and a credit card with you, as the quad biking requires final payment before it begins.
5. From 5 years of age and older, you may ride as a passenger on the back of the quad.
6. A maximum of 6 quad are available.
7. Maximum weight per quad is 160 kg.
8. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that may get dirty (no flip-flops).
9. Not recommended during pregnancy.
10. The quads are insured, and you don’t need to pay any security deposit.

Lanzarote Quad Bike Hire Policy

Eligibility:

Anyone with a valid car license can drive a quad bike in Lanzarote. Enjoy the thrill of quad biking across the island’s stunning landscapes.

Weather Dependence:

Quad biking is weather-dependent. If tours are canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Weight Restrictions:

The maximum weight per quad is 160kg. Pairs exceeding this combined weight must book two single quads. If this issue arises at the departure point, arrangements must be made with the quad company. In cases where only one quad is available, the additional rider may have to accompany the guide in a jeep. No refunds are issued for weight-related adjustments.

Behavioral Expectations:

Customers who arrive intoxicated or exhibit extremely disruptive behavior will be denied participation without a refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule your trip for free up to 72 hours in advance by emailing us at office@clubcanary.com.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip not only forfeit the deposit but also incur a 15€ fine per quad, as the deposit does not cover the full cost of the slot.
• For cancellations less than 3 hours before the tour or for no-shows, there is a 30€ fine per quad.
