Important Information About Buggy Lanzarote

• Club Canary Ticket: Don’t forget to bring your ticket; it can be displayed on your phone or printed out.
• Driving Requirements: The driver must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, held for a minimum of two years, as required by our insurance policy.
• Capacity: Up to 2 persons.
• Payment: Please carry cash or a credit card for final payment before the tour begins.
• Passenger Age: Passengers from 7 years of age and older are welcome.
• Availability: A maximum of 6 buggies are available for each tour.
• Apparel: Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear (no flip-flops); expect to get a bit dirty.
• Health Advisory: Not recommended for pregnant individuals.
• Insurance: All buggies are insured; no security deposit is required.

Complimentary Pick-Up Service

• Areas Covered: Free pick-up service is available in south Lanzarote (Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise). Please provide your address or hotel name at the time of booking.
• Pick-Up Times: For the 09:30 departure, pick-up is at approximately 08:50. For the 13:30 departure, pick-up is around 12:50.

Meeting Point (For Self-Arrivals)

• Location: Carretera Arrecife, LZ-2, km.17, 35570 Yaiza, Las Palmas.
• Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time.
• Directions: View the departure location on Google Maps.
• Note: This meeting point is for guests who do not require a pick-up service or are located outside the free pick-up area.

Lanzarote Buggy Hire Policies

Driving Requirements:

• Maverick Trail Tour (3h): A valid driving license is required to experience this exhilarating Lanzarote buggy tour.
• Maverick RZR Turbo (3h): Minimum age of 21 years and 2 years of driving experience required for this high-intensity buggy experience Lanzarote.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Standard Cancellations: Cancel your Lanzarote buggy hire up to 48 hours before the tour to receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Large Group Cancellations: Bookings of more than 3 buggies must be cancelled at least 4 days in advance to receive a deposit refund.

Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your tour, or less than 4 days for groups with more than 3 buggies, will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancelling less than 4 hours before the tour (8 hours for groups with more than 3 buggies) incurs a fine of 40€ per buggy, as the deposit does not cover the losses.

No Shows and Delays:

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or for those cancelling within 30 minutes of the tour start.
• A fine of 70€ per buggy is charged to cover the losses incurred by last-minute cancellations.
