Important Info

• No need to print, just show your Club Canary ticket from your phone.
• Pay a small deposit online, and the rest in cash or card before departure.
• The captain and crew speak English, Spanish, and basic French.
• Maximum 8 guests on board, it’s a private trip, no strangers.
• Music system with Bluetooth, connect your own device or ask the crew to play something romantic.
• Unfortunately, wheelchairs cannot be brought on board due to limited space.
• Shoes must be removed before boarding, they’ll be safely stored during the trip.
• Try not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before departure.
• If you’re prone to seasickness, we recommend taking medication 30 mins before the trip.
• Smoking is only allowed at the back of the boat.

Policy

• Weather Conditions: If the private sunset boat trip from Playa Blanca is cancelled due to bad weather, you can either reschedule for another date or receive a full refund. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
• Free Cancellation: You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the trip.
• How to Cancel: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent via email to office@clubcanary.com using the same email used to make the booking.
• Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made 1–3 days before departure result in the loss of your full deposit. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before departure will result in the loss of your deposit + an additional 85€ per booked hour. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure or no-shows will require payment of the full remaining balance (even if only a deposit was paid).
• Punctuality: If you arrive late, your trip time will be shortened. If the crew causes the delay, the lost time will be added back (unless otherwise decided by the crew).
• Dietary Preferences: Please let us know any food allergies, vegetarian preferences, or dietary needs in the notes when booking. We do our best to adjust the menu.
• Seasickness: If you experience seasickness and the route or duration must be changed by the captain, refunds will not be provided. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take appropriate medication in advance.
• One Trip Per Day: This private sunset cruise runs only once per day to ensure the highest quality. Last-minute cancellations hurt our schedule and food preparation process.
