1 to 3 days before departure: you lose your full deposit.
12 to 24 hours before: deposit lost plus 85€ per booked hour.
Less than 12 hours before or a no-show: the full remaining balance is charged, even if only a deposit was paid.

Arrive late and your trip time is shortened. If the crew causes the delay, lost time is added back where possible.

If you feel seasick and the captain has to change the route or duration, refunds are not provided. If you are prone to motion sickness, take medication in advance.
