Club Canary vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased. The buyer commits to the gift when the voucher is created. The recipient has two full years to use the voucher across hundreds of activities, so the chance of waste is very low. If the voucher remains unused after two years with a balance below 10ā¬, our team can refund that small remaining amount to the original buyer on request. For larger unused balances, the buyer or recipient can request a new voucher with the same value or use the balance toward an alternative experience.
Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for two years from the purchase date. Bookings must be made and confirmed within this two-year window. The activity itself can take place after the validity period if booked before expiry.
Voucher Eligibility
Most Club Canary activities accept vouchers. A small number of partner activities with strict deposit-only systems may not accept vouchers as full payment. In those cases, the voucher still works as a partial contribution, and our team helps the recipient pick from voucher-eligible alternatives.

Name Lock And Security

Lost Or Stolen Vouchers
If a voucher is lost or stolen before any use, the buyer can contact Club Canary with proof of purchase. We deactivate the original code and reissue the unused balance. If the voucher has been used in part, the name-lock system is the protection mechanism in place.
Cannot Be Exchanged For Cash
Voucher balances cannot be converted to cash, transferred to a bank account, or paid out as a check. Vouchers can only be used toward Club Canary bookings within the validity period. The only exception is the small balance refund noted above (under 10ā¬ at expiry).
Combining Vouchers
Recipients can stack multiple vouchers on a single booking when the total covers the booking amount. For example, a 100ā¬ voucher and a 50ā¬ voucher can be combined to cover a 150ā¬ activity. Our team handles the combination during the booking confirmation.
