- Your chosen time is a request. The final departure is confirmed after booking, based on availability and sea conditions.
- Please arrive 15 minūtes pirms izbraukšanas.

- Arrive by car or taxi. Free parking at Marina Rubicón. In a taxi, just say "Marina Rubicón".

- 3 to 5 days before: the deposit is forfeited (normally around 20%).
- 12 hours to 3 days before: deposit plus 80€ per booked hour.
- Less than 12 hours before or no-show: no refund. If only a deposit was paid, an extra 150€ per booked hour tiek iekasēta maksa.

- Please arrive on time, late arrival shortens the trip. If a delay is caused by the crew, lost time is added when possible.
- Smoking only in designated areas on board. Disrespectful behaviour or ignoring crew instructions may end the trip early without refund.
