Schedule & Departure Times- You can request a preferred start time when booking, from 09:00, with 18:00 available in summer.
- Your chosen time is a request. The final departure is confirmed after booking, based on availability and sea conditions.
- Please arrive 15 minutos antes de la salida.
- Punto de encuentro: Experiencia ARUAL, Pantalán de Espera, Marina Rubicón, Playa Blanca.
- Arrive by car or taxi. Free parking at Marina Rubicón. In a taxi, just say "Marina Rubicón".
Limited to a maximum of 8 guests. The yacht has both sunny and shaded areas, comfortable seating and a relaxed layout.

- Avoid heavy meals about 2 hours before departure.
- If you are sensitive to motion, take a seasickness tablet about 30 minutos before boarding.

- Shoes are removed before boarding and stored safely until return.

Deposit & Pago
- You pay a small deposit to secure your date, the balance is paid before departure on the day.
- This yacht hire runs once per day to allow proper preparation and a quality experience.
Política De Cancelación
- Cancelación gratuita: hasta 5 días before departure for trips up to 8 hours, and up to 7 días before for trips longer than 8 hours.
- 3 to 5 days before: the deposit is forfeited (normally around 20%).
- 12 hours to 3 days before: deposit plus 80€ per booked hour.
- Less than 12 hours before or no-show: no refund. If only a deposit was paid, an extra 150€ per booked hour está cargada.
- All cancellation or rescheduling requests go to office@clubcanary.com, from the same email used to book.

- Operated with a professional captain and crew. All safety instructions must be followed.
- Please arrive on time, late arrival shortens the trip. If a delay is caused by the crew, lost time is added when possible.
- Smoking only in designated areas on board. Disrespectful behaviour or ignoring crew instructions may end the trip early without refund.

- If the trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
- If the route or duration is adjusted due to sea conditions or seasickness, refunds are not provided.
- If you are sensitive to motion, please take preventive measures before boarding.

- Catering depends on the selected duration (snacks and drinks on all trips, BBQ on 4 hours or more).
