Weather
- This trip depends on safe weather. If it is cancelled for poor conditions, you are offered a new date or a credit voucher valid for one year.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- 24 to 72 hours before: a 50€ fee applies.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: 75% of the arrival payment is charged (fuel excluded).
Lateness & Seasickness
- Arriving late reduces your rental time.
- No refund if the trip is ended early due to seasickness. If you are sensitive to motion, take precautions before boarding.
Security Deposit & Equipment
- A refundable 100€ security deposit is taken on arrival, also covering the snorkel masks. Please handle all equipment with care.
Food, Drinks & Alcohol
- You may bring your own food and drinks. The driver must not drink alcohol. Any fine for breaking this rule is your responsibility.
Respect For Marine Life
- There is no skipper to supervise, so you agree to protect marine life. It is strictly forbidden to swim with or approach whales or dolphins. Any coast-guard fines for disturbing nature are your responsibility.
