The Lanzarote Island Day Tour operates from Monday to Friday, with multilingual guides available depending on the day. Below is the usual schedule, perfect for planning your trip in your preferred language.

• Friday: 🇪🇸 Spanish, 🇬🇧 English, 🇩🇪 German

Note: Occasionally, due to group sizes or guide availability, languages may vary slightly, but we’ll always ensure everyone enjoys a smooth experience.

• Included Services: Pick-up from main tourist zones, guided tour in a comfortable air-conditioned coach, and direct access to Timanfaya National Park and Jameos del Agua. (Lunch and drinks are not included.)
• Food & Drinks: Bring your own snacks or purchase food during the lunch stop. Please keep snacks neat and odor-free to respect other guests.
• Clothing & Comfort: Weather in volcanic zones can change quickly, bring a light jacket and comfortable shoes.
• During the Tour: Always follow your guide’s instructions and return times. Missed return buses are non-refundable.
• Missed Tour Policy: Refunds are not available for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations outside of the official policy.
• Pick-Up Verification: All buses are GPS-tracked. If your bus seems delayed, contact the number on your ticket immediately. Claims of missed buses will be verified with tracking data.
• Responsibility: Club Canary manages your booking and customer support. Operational responsibility lies with the assigned tour company. Any tour-related issues must be addressed with your guide during the trip for prompt resolution.

 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
• Cancellations between 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund.
• Groups 5–9 people: Free cancellation up to 4 days (96 hours) before. 50% refund for cancellations 48–96 hours prior. No refund for less than 48 hours.
• Groups 10+ people: Free cancellation up to 6 days (144 hours) before. 50% refund for cancellations 48–144 hours prior. No refund for less than 48 hours.
