You confirm your seats with a small online deposit, which counts toward your total. The remaining balance is paid on the day, usually to the activity operator. The deposit does not cover late cancellations, missed pickups or no-shows.
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, with a full deposit refund.
Late Cancellation
Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: the deposit is lost, plus 10€ per adult and 5€ per child.
3 hours or less before departure, or a no-show: the deposit is lost, plus 20€ per adult and 10€ per child. Missing the bus, the ferry or the check-in counts as a no-show.
