Thank you for booking your La Graciosa excursion with Club Canary. This day involves a coach, a ferry and a catamaran working together, so these terms keep it fair for everyone. Please read them before you book.
Deposit a platba
You confirm your seats with a small online deposit, which counts toward your total. The remaining balance is paid on the day, usually to the activity operator. The deposit does not cover late cancellations, missed pickups or no-shows.
Bezplatné zrušenie
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, with a full deposit refund.
Neskoré zrušenie
Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: the deposit is lost, plus 10€ per adult and 5€ per child.
3 hours or less before departure, or a no-show: the deposit is lost, plus 20€ per adult and 10€ per child. Missing the bus, the ferry or the check-in counts as a no-show.

Conduct And Safety
Follow the staff instructions during the coach transfer, the ferry crossing and the catamaran tour. Disrespectful behaviour, unsafe actions or heavy intoxication can mean refused service without refund. Any issue on the day? Tell the crew right away so it can be solved on the spot.
