Thank you for booking your Blue M boat trip with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair, for you and for the partner who blocks the boat for your group. The Blue M is a very popular boat, so by booking you agree to these terms.
Deposit And Payment
You pay a small deposit to confirm your spot on the Blue M. The deposit is part of your total price. The rest is paid on the day, in cash or by card. No hidden fees.
Free Cancellation And Changes
1 to 4 people: cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before departure.
Groups of 5 or more: free up to 72 hours before departure.
Losing Your Deposit
1 to 4 people: if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before, you lose your deposit.
Groups of 5 or more: if you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before, you lose your deposit.
Late Cancellation
Cancel under 24 hours before departure: you lose your deposit and pay a 25€ per person penalty.
No-Show
Cancel under 6 hours before, or a no-show: you lose your deposit and pay a 50€ per person penalty.
Pickup And Drop-Off
Hotel pickup and drop-off is a free, complimentary service that you choose, it is not part of the trip price.
If the pickup is late, breaks down, or cannot run for any reason and you need a taxi, that cost is not on us and cannot be compensated, as it is a free extra.
Pickup also cannot always be guaranteed. Book in advance and it is normally no problem, but in high season it may not be available, so please plan for that. You can always meet the boat at Puerto de Mogán Harbour.
Wildlife Sightings
Whales and dolphins are wild animals, so sightings can never be guaranteed. There is no refund if no animals appear, as the trip and the service still run as booked.
Weather And Conditions
The Blue M only sails in safe sea and weather conditions. If the trip is cancelled for weather, you can pick a new date or get a full refund.
Drinks
Unlimited drinks are included (beer, sangria, soft drinks, water). These are standard brands, not premium labels.
Assistance
