- Daily departures at 10:00, 11:15, 12:30, 14:00 and 15:15, or pick "I am flexible" and we choose the best slot for you.
- Drivers 18 or older. Passengers from 12 with an adult. Under 24? Bring valid ID or passport. You must be able to swim. No licence or experience needed.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or with serious heart or back problems. Tell us about any needs when you book.
- Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and your Club Canary ticket. A wetsuit is optional. Shoes go in a safe box before the ride, and try to avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours before.

What if I need to cancel, or the weather is bad?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 72 hours before your jet ski tour, and with Club Canary you only ever risk the small deposit, never the full amount. If the safari cannot run because of unsafe weather, you are offered a new date or a full refund. Your safety always comes first.

Deposit & Payment
- Your deposit is part of the total price, not an extra fee. The balance is paid on the day at the harbour, by cash or card.
Free Cancellation & Changes
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 72 hours before the start time.
Late Cancellation
- Between 24 and 72 hours before: the deposit is lost.
- Between 12 and 24 hours before: the deposit is lost and you pay 50€ per jet ski.
- Less than 12 hours before, a no-show, or more than 15 minutes late: the deposit is lost and you pay 75€ per jet ski. The safari leaves on time and cannot wait.
Weather
- If the trip is cancelled for unsafe weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
Conduct & Safety
- Guests who arrive intoxicated or behave in a risky way will not be allowed to ride, with no refund. Follow the guide's instructions at all times.
