- Book your Gran Canaria paragliding date: Start by booking your desired date for the paragliding experience through Club Canary. Await confirmation from our agents. If you book within 5 days, please contact Club Canary via live chat to check availability and weather conditions.
- Confirmation and meeting point: Once your booking is confirmed, you will talk directly with the guide about the meeting point. The exact location will be determined based on wind conditions.
- Meeting your instructor and preparation: Upon reaching the meeting point, you will meet your paragliding instructor. From there, you will proceed to the takeoff location, where you will be prepared for the flight.
- Paragliding flight: Once fully prepared, your paragliding flight will begin. You can expect to be in the air for approximately 14 minutes, enjoying panoramic views of Gran Canaria.
- Landing location: After the thrilling flight, you will be guided to the landing location, which is usually near the takeoff point.
- Conclusion of the experience: Bid farewell to your paragliding instructor, and if you wish, you can return to your accommodation. If you arrived by car, rest assured that parking will be available near the landing location. Alternatively, if you require a taxi, the paragliding guide will arrange one for you.

- Paragliding is weather-dependent. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, the flight may be canceled. If this happens, clients have three options:
- Reschedule: Choose an alternative date, even up to next year.
- Gift Voucher: Receive a gift voucher for the amount paid.
- Partial Refund: If the first two options are not suitable, receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Please note that we can no longer offer a full refund due to high administrative costs, as tickets are often already registered in our paperwork.
2. Health Considerations
- If you have any health problems or are taking specific medications, it is recommended to consult with your doctor before booking a paragliding experience.
3. Children
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a permission slip from their parents or guardians.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- If you fail to cancel or arrive on time for the scheduled excursion, no refund will be provided.
