Late Cancellation Fees:
- 12-24 Hours Before Flight: If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before your flight, there is a fee of 15€ per person. This fee is implemented because cancelling at this stage means that we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in a loss for the company.
- Less Than 12 Hours Before Flight or No Show: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your flight or do not show up at all, there is a fee of 35€ per person. The deposit you’ve paid does not cover the loss that the company incurs, and this fee helps mitigate that loss.

- Deposit System: Club Canary allows customers to reserve their spot with just a deposit, making it easier and more accessible for you to book your adventure. These conditions, including the late cancellation fees, are in place to protect the company from losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
