The Twin Ticket gives you entry to both Loro Parque and Siam Park on one ticket, for one fixed price. You visit each park on any day you like within 3 months, and you save money compared to buying the two tickets separately. With Club Canary you can also add a comfortable transfer from your hotel.

🌊 What To Expect At Each Park

Siam Park: Europe’s best water park, with world-class slides, a huge wave pool, the relaxing lazy river and the famous Siam Beach. Loro Parque: often called the best zoo in the world, home to orcas, dolphins, gorillas, penguins, big cats and thousands of parrots, plus top animal shows.

📅 Choosing Your Date

The date you pick at checkout is simply your starting date. You do not have to visit either park on that exact day.

• Visit Loro Parque and Siam Park on any days you choose, as long as both are within 3 months of your starting date.
• Your ticket activates when you enter the first park, and your second park ticket is then issued.
• Same day or different days is up to you. In summer you can even do Loro Parque by day and Siam Park by night.

🚌 Adding A Transfer

Add a transfer and we bring you to the park furthest from your hotel (south stayers go to Loro Parque, Puerto de la Cruz stayers go to Siam Park). The transfer is two-way, 27€ per adult and 18€ per child, with babies free on a lap. Pick the date you want to travel in the calendar, or add a note and a Club Canary agent will confirm it with you. 🌙 Siam Park Night In Summer

In July and August, Siam Park runs its special Siam Park Night edition (Tuesday to Saturday, 20:00 to 00:00), with lights, music and a great summer atmosphere. Your Twin Ticket works for it, so you can use the Siam Park side for the night edition at no extra cost. It is the smart way to save money on Siam Park in summer, when the normal day price goes up but your Twin Ticket price stays the same.

• Arrive early to make the most of your day and beat the queues.
• For Siam Park bring swimwear and a towel, plus sunscreen and water.
• If you added a transfer, be at your pickup point a few minutes early.
• Check each park’s rules before you go for a smooth entry.

💵 Residents

🔄 Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before your starting date. For groups of 15 or more, the free cancellation window is 8 days. Full terms are in the Policy tab.

Quick guide: Staying in the south? You want the transfer to Loro Parque. Staying in Puerto de la Cruz? You want the transfer to Siam Park.

✅ The near park is a free ride. Staying in the south? Siam Park is close, or use the free Siam Park bus. Staying in Puerto de la Cruz? Loro Parque is a short walk or a free ride on the yellow train. So you only ever pay for the one transfer to the far park.

Payment And Ticket Delivery

• Your Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Ticket is paid in full online when you book.
• After booking, you receive your official QR tickets for both parks, so you can go straight in and skip the entrance ticket line.
• If you add a transfer, the transfer is included in the same booking and paid online too. No payment is taken on the bus.

Booking And Date Selection

• The date you select at checkout is your starting date. You do not have to visit either park on this exact date.
• After this starting date, you must visit each park within 3 months.
• When you enter the first park, your ticket for the second park is issued. Once you have entered one park, the Twin Ticket cannot be refunded.
• If you add a transfer, choose the travel date in the calendar or mention it in the order note, and a Club Canary agent will confirm it with you.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before your selected starting date.
• For groups of 15 or more, free cancellation is available up to 8 days before the starting date.
• After the free cancellation window, or once you have entered one of the parks, no refund is possible.

Refund Conditions

• Club Canary follows the refund rules set by Loro Parque and Siam Park, and a refund is only possible if the parks authorise it.
• Refunds are not given in cases such as: already having visited one of the parks, choosing to leave a park early, finding a park busy, sudden illness, or not being satisfied with park services or facilities.
• If you have a problem, contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help where we can.

Transfer And Missed Bus Rules

• The coaches have real-time GPS tracking. If the tracker and driver confirm the bus was at your stop and you were not there, it is recorded as a missed transfer with no refund.
• The transfer only runs in the morning. There is no later bus if you miss the outbound coach.
• The return bus from Siam Park normally leaves at 17:00, and from Loro Parque at 16:30 (17:00 on Fridays). Always listen for any changes confirmed on the day.
• If you miss the bus and travel to the park yourself, let us know. We may be able to place you on the return bus if seats are available, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Park Rules

• Siam Park: swimwear is required for the rides, smoking is in designated areas only, no outside food or drink, and no entry for intoxicated guests. Day opening hours are normally 10:00 to 17:00, extended in summer, plus the Siam Park Night edition from 20:00 to 00:00 in July and August.
• Loro Parque: please do not feed the animals, smoking is in designated areas only, and no entry for intoxicated guests. Opening hours are normally 09:30 to 17:30.

External Factors

• Some rides, shows or areas may close temporarily due to weather, maintenance or safety. The parks control their own opening hours, ride availability and rules.
• Traffic on the TF-1 highway can occasionally affect transfer times. This is outside the control of Club Canary and the transport company, so refunds cannot be given for delays alone.
