Deposit & Payment

• With Club Canary, you pay a small deposit to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour to the guide or operator.
• If you cancel less than 2 hours before the tour or do not show up, you are required to pay the remaining balance in full.
• If you cancel outside the free cancellation period, a 50% fee of the remaining amount may apply.

 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
• Groups of 5 to 7 people can cancel up to 48 hours in advance.
• Groups of 8 to 14 people can cancel up to 4 days in advance.
• Groups of 15 or more can cancel up to 6 days in advance.
• No refund for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in full payment obligation.
