• Pick-up starts around 09:00. Exact time confirmed after booking.
• Return to the south around 16:30. Can vary slightly depending on traffic.
• The bus is marked “Sierra y Gonzalez Vips” so you can spot it easily.

📍 Pick-Up Areas

• Pick-up available from main tourist areas in the south of Tenerife.
• Pick-up is normally not available from: Los Gigantes, Palm Mar, Golf del Sur, El Médano, and Santa Cruz area.
• Leave your hotel name in the booking notes, not an address. We confirm the exact meeting point after booking.

💳 Payment on the Day

• Book with a deposit through Club Canary. Pay the remaining balance on the bus on the day.
• Cash only on the bus. No card machine available, so bring the balance in cash.

🌋 Teide National Park Stop

• Free time at Teide National Park for photos, viewpoints, a short walk, and a coffee stop.
• This is one of the highlights of the Teide panoramic tour and the views are incredible on a clear day.

🚠 Cable Car (Optional)

• The Teide cable car is not included in the tour price.
• Some guests may have cable car tickets booked separately. The group waits while they go up.
• The cable car frequently closes due to wind or weather. Tickets are usually non-refundable close to the tour date.

🍽 Lunch Break

• A lunch break is included in the schedule but lunch itself is not included in the price.

• The bus does not have a toilet on board.
• The bus is not wheelchair accessible.
• If you have mobility or hearing challenges, mention this in your booking notes and we will do our best to seat you in the right spot.

💳 Deposit & Payment

• You reserve with a deposit via Club Canary. This deposit counts toward your total price.
• The remaining balance is paid in cash on the bus to the guide on the day of the tour.
• No card machine is available on the bus.
• The deposit secures your seat but does not protect against late cancellations or no-shows.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour for a full refund.
• Between 24–72 hours before the tour: deposit is lost.
• Between 6–24 hours before the tour: deposit is lost + 35€ per person penalty.
• Less than 6 hours before the tour or no-show: deposit is lost + 45€ per person penalty.
• Groups of 5 or more: cancellation penalties are applied at double rate.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour or miss the bus, you remain responsible for the remaining balance.

⚖️ Responsibility & Conduct

• Please arrive at your confirmed pick-up point on time. If you are late and the group cannot locate you, the bus must continue.
• If you believe your pick-up was missed, call the number on your ticket immediately.
• Our buses are GPS tracked to verify arrival times and locations.
• Respect the guide, other guests, and the vehicle. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Any concerns during the tour must be discussed directly with the guide on the spot.

🌦️ Weather & Practical Conditions

• Tenerife mountain areas can be significantly colder. Bringing warm clothing is your responsibility.
• The bus does not have a toilet and is not wheelchair accessible.
• Food and drinks are not included. You may bring your own snacks, but strong smells and messy items are not permitted on the bus.
• The guide may request that food is consumed only during designated stops.
• If weather or operational issues require route adjustments, the supplier may modify the program without refund.
