Everything you need to know before your Elegant Tour Tenerife day out. This is a comfortable open-top bus tour Tenerife covering Teide National Park and Masca Village. Read through this and your day will run smoothly.
🕒 Schedule and Pick-Up
- Pick-up starts around 09:00. Exact time confirmed after booking.
- Return to the south around 16:30. Can vary slightly depending on traffic.
- The bus is marked “Sierra y Gonzalez Vips” so you can spot it easily.
📍 Pick-Up Areas
- Pick-up available from main tourist areas in the south of Tenerife.
- Pick-up is normally not available from: Los Gigantes, Palm Mar, Golf del Sur, El Médano, and Santa Cruz area.
- Leave your hotel name in the booking notes, not an address. We confirm the exact meeting point after booking.
💳 Payment on the Day
- Book with a deposit through Club Canary. Pay the remaining balance on the bus on the day.
- Cash only on the bus. No card machine available, so bring the balance in cash.
🌋 Teide National Park Stop
- Free time at Teide National Park for photos, viewpoints, a short walk, and a coffee stop.
- This is one of the highlights of the Teide panoramic tour and the views are incredible on a clear day.

- The Teide cable car is not included in the tour price.
- Some guests may have cable car tickets booked separately. The group waits while they go up.
- The cable car frequently closes due to wind or weather. Tickets are usually non-refundable close to the tour date.

The cable car is not included in the tour price. If you want to go up, you need to arrange this separately before the tour date.
On the day, guests who have cable car tickets will go up while the rest of the group waits at the park. If you do not have a ticket, no problem. Teide National Park is stunning on its own. Plenty of time for photos, a walk, and a coffee.
重要： the cable car frequently closes due to wind or weather. This is completely normal and out of everyone’s control. Tickets are usually non-refundable once purchased close to the tour date, so keep this in mind.

This is genuinely one of the better shared tours available for Teide and Masca. The open-top bus is a real upgrade from a standard coach, the group is smaller, and the route goes straight to the two places most people actually want to see. No spending half the day driving around hotels for pick-ups.
A couple of things to be honest about. Lunch is not included, so eat before or bring something. The tasting stop is a nice touch but do not expect a meal from it. And if some guests on the bus have cable car tickets, there will be waiting time at Teide while they go up. If you love Teide and want time to walk around the park, this is actually a bonus. If you just want to take a few photos and move on, the wait can feel long.
