The picnic and telescope spots sit at about 2,200 meters, above most of the cloud layer and away from the coastal lights. Teide National Park holds an official Starlight certification for its protected night sky, and on clear nights the Milky Way shows up before the telescope even comes out. Pick-Up Time: Around 18:15 in the main south zones, and it can shift 10 to 20 minutes with the sunset. The exact time is on your ticket, and the guide sends WhatsApp updates when it moves.
Pick-Up Zones: Included from Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. For Palm Mar, Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas, Golf del Sur or El Médano, pick-up is not available due to traffic: meet at the X-Sur Centro Comercial in Costa Adeje instead, with easy parking and cafés.

Thank you for booking your stargazing night with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair for you, for other guests and for the guide and driver who reserve the night for your group.
天气政策
- The stargazing guide monitors conditions before every trip. If weather makes the night unsafe or not worthwhile, you reschedule or receive a full refund.
- We notify you at least 1 hour before the tour if a change is necessary. No message from us means the tour proceeds as planned.
取消与改期
- 最多 48 小时 before: free cancellation or reschedule by email to office@clubcanary.com.
- Groups of more than 4 people: the free window is 4天 在参观之前。
- After these deadlines the deposit is lost, and additional charges may apply depending on the supplier. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

- Missed your pick-up? In some cases you can still join by taxi, at your own expense, to the first stop at the Chío rest area.
- No-shows, or cancellations less than 3 hours before the tour, lose the deposit. An additional 50% fee applies to compensate the guide and driver for their time.

- If anything is not right during the trip, speak directly with your guide. Club Canary staff are not present on-site, so direct communication lets the team fix things immediately.
