Within 48 hours before the flight, cancellations are no longer possible and the full amount is charged. These rules are set by the helicopter operator and apply to all bookings. If you prefer more flexibility, you can contact Club Canary in advance. In some cases, we can temporarily reserve your helicopter tour date and allow you to confirm and pay closer to your travel time (for example, around 1–2 weeks before). Payment And Confirmation
- Helicopter tours are paid in full once the booking is confirmed. There is no deposit.
- For card or PayPal, Club Canary only charges after confirming real availability with the operator.
- You can also pay at our Costa Adeje office (cash or card).
- Your payment secures the aircraft, pilot, and your chosen route, date and time.
- Please reconfirm your flight 24 to 48 hours before departure.
