Yes, we get less positive reviews sometimes. Most of them come from people who missed their tour and were unhappy about cancellation fees. We respond to every review under 4 stars in public and always try to find a fair solution. On Trustpilot specifically, we have replied to 100 percent of negative reviews. That is our standard, not an exception.

Sometimes we also get emails weeks after a trip from travelers who want a full refund and threaten a bad review if we say no. We do not operate that way. Our terms are clear, and we do not pay our way out of bad feedback. If a tour itself did not match your expectations, the right place for that review is the product page, where it actually helps other travelers choose better. We respect honesty. We do not respond to leverage.
